ER100S-G gas shielded welding wire is a welding wire suitable for high-strength steel welding, mainly used for welding 700MPa grade high-strength steel and low-alloy structural steel.

Welding characteristics

Welding method: Suitable for gas shielded welding (GMAW), usually using pure CO₂ or mixed gas (such as 75% Ar + 25% CO₂) as shielding gas.

Welding position: All-position welding (flat welding, horizontal welding, vertical welding, overhead welding).

Arc stability: stable arc, less spatter, beautiful weld shape.

Deposition efficiency: high, suitable for efficient welding.
