Its deposited metal has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance, and is suitable for welding carbon steel for pressure equipment and 500 N/mm2 grade structural steel, such as Q245R, Q345R, Q370R, etc.
In addition, ER49-1 can also be used for single-pass welding and multi-pass welding, with good anti-porosity performance .
Specifications and use conditions
The specifications of ER49-1 argon arc welding wire include diameters of 1.6mm, 1.2mm and 1.0mm, etc., and the welding current range is 80-200A .
This welding wire does not contain flux and is suitable for welding mechanical equipment and pressure-bearing equipment.
In addition, ER49-1 can also be protected by CO2 or argon-rich gas for welding.
