Mechanical properties
1. Tensile strength (Rm): guaranteed value ≥490MPa, example value is 550MPa, which can meet the welding strength requirements of carbon steel and low alloy steel with a tensile strength level of 490MPa.
2. Yield strength (ReL/Rp2): guaranteed value ≥390MPa, example value is 455MPa, which makes the welded joint have good bearing capacity.
3. Elongation (A): guaranteed value ≥20%, example value is 28%, which reflects the plastic deformation ability of the weld metal and can effectively prevent the weld from brittle fracture when subjected to stress.
4. Impact absorption energy (KV2): The guaranteed value at room temperature is ≥47J, and the example values are 148J, 159J, and 147J. It reflects the toughness of the weld metal under impact load and can improve the fatigue resistance and brittle fracture resistance of the welded joint.
