Product Description


ER70S-G gas shielded welding wire belongs to 500MPa grade carbon steel welding wire, which usually contains titanium (Ti) elements, and some types also add molybdenum (Mo) and other elements. Titanium elements can refine the molten droplets and weld metal grains, while the addition of molybdenum elements can improve the strength and toughness of the weld. In addition, the welding wire generally contains an appropriate amount of manganese (Mn) and silicon (Si) to ensure the mechanical properties and anti-porosity properties of the weld, while strictly controlling the content of harmful elements such as sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P) to reduce the hot and cold brittleness of the weld metal.
